From Rome and Milan to Bassano del Grappa

Al Quèrto was founded in 2019 following a return to its roots. Two friends, three careers honed in cocktail bars across Rome and Milan, and the decision to bring that experience to Bassano del Grappa. The idea was to create a Street Cocktail & Kitchen capable of bringing different worlds together without overcomplicating things: a proper breakfast, a brunch to be savoured at leisure, cuisine with international influences, and a cocktail bar that remains at the heart of the project. Since then, a lot has changed. New dishes and new cocktails have been introduced, along with Formentera, the catering service and the workshop. But the principle has remained the same.
