Al Quèrto - Street Cocktail & Kitchen
At Quèrto, Four Doors. A vibe.
Locations, opening hours, addresses
Bassano del Grappa
On Via Angarano, just a stone’s throw from the Ponte Vecchio. It opens at seven with croissants and coffee, continues with weekend brunch and lunch, and closes with the liveliest part of the evening: the bar, the spirits, and the ever-changing drinks menu.
Sant Francesc Xavier
On Carrer de Ramon Muntaner, in the centre of Sant Francesc Xavier. Breakfast for those who aren’t tied to a schedule, dinner featuring contemporary Italian cuisine, and a wine list designed to be enjoyed, not merely admired.
BUILT AROUND THE EVENT
Same bar, different venue. Open bar service for weddings, corporate events, openings and private parties in Bassano del Grappa and throughout the Vicenza area. We bring our team, our equipment and a menu tailored to the event — not a photocopied price list.
Weddings
A welcome drink, a mixology corner and a cocktail bar designed to keep the party going.
Corporate events
Openings, launches and formal dinners with carefully selected drinks and attentive service.
Private parties
Birthdays, anniversaries and events at the villa, in the same spirit as our venue.
Lab / Shop
The workshop in Via Macello, where the syrups, infusions and concoctions that form part of the Al Quèrto world are created. Research, botanicals and production methods developed around the bar and our drinks.

Preparations
Bassano / Formentera / Zest
Al Quèrto was founded in Bassano del Grappa by Filippo De Martino and Alvise Zonta: a place where breakfast and the evening’s final drink are served at the same bar.
From there came Formentera, and with it a lighter, saltier cuisine. Nothing planned out in advance: just what we liked to eat and drink.
