From Bassano del Grappa to Formentera
Al Quèrto was founded in 2019 in Bassano del Grappa, born from the idea of two friends who—after gaining experience in cocktail bars in Rome and Milan—decided to combine cuisine, mixology, and a culture of hospitality into a personal project.
Formentera marks the second chapter of this story.
